Please read these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that governs your purchases at www.onlinegolfwholesaler.com.
Within 7 days (from the date you receive your items), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You should be sure products are in original package (you have to pay the shipping fees).
After we receive the returned products and check it, we will redeliver it to ASAP. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. (Note: Our quality-control professional stuff will give final judgments on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistant external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced, and will not be returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)
