Grass bank rescue shot

When the green you are approaching is surrounded by a grass bank, you'd think it would increase the margin for error.wholesale golf clubs Should you miss the green on the side with the mound, the slope should feed the ball back to the pin.
But sometimes, when the grass is especially long, your ball can get stuck on the slope, leaving you with what seems an impossible recovery.
But TG Elite Teaching Professional Nick Clemens doesn't think so! In this golf video tip, he outlines some key set-up and swing technique points that will help you execute this shot successfully.

Part 1

The rescue pop shot
It can be a frustrating feeling to see your ball nestled down in the rough when you’ve only just missed the green with your approach shot.
Sometimes, trying to use a lofted wedge can be an option that risks catching too much grass between club and ball, making distance control almost impossible.
So next time you find yourself in this position, try this rescue club pop shot from TG Elite Teaching Pro Gareth Johnston. It eliminates any chance of  wholesale golf equipment snagging the club in the grass and is especially useful when the pin is at the back of the green.

Part 2
Rescue club par 3 tee shot
Long par 3s are an amateur golfer’s worst nightmare, especially when the wind is in the golfer’s face. Using long irons is never an attractive prospect – they stare back at you with their limited loft oozing difficulty.
A rescue club provides a simpler alternative. The face is more forgiving, it’s just as easy to shape the ball and they offer more height on tee shots where the pin is positioned at the front of the green. In this golf video tip, TG Elite Teaching Pro Gareth Johnston shows you how you can go pin-seeking on long par 3s with the rescue club in your hand.
 Escape from the trees!
You've hooked your tee shot and found the trees on the left hand side. Making par is impossible from here, yes? No! Even if you've got a tree  online golf  clubs directly in your line, you can still get your ball on or near the green by learning how to hit it low and with shape.
In this golf video tip, TG Elite Teaching Pro Gareth Johnston shows you a quick way of determining the ball flight of every club in your bag and also shows you how to shape your ball low and right-to-left.
